The people building objective performance development.

A proud Texan and former All-American volleyball star for the Rice University Owls, Karen combines 18 seasons of coaching experience with a deep understanding of sports performance. With degrees in sports medicine and exercise physiology, she’s leveraging her expertise to revolutionize training for athletes.
Karen’s passion for innovation and firsthand knowledge of the game have driven the creation of Telios: an objective performance measurement system built for the demands of volleyball.
Telios is actively building its advisory board from coaches, athletic directors, technologists, and educators who have seen the measurement gap firsthand. Advisor bios will be published as the founding cohort takes shape.

Stop guessing.
Start measuring.
Twenty minutes with the Telios team. We’ll walk through program fit, identify the right sport and staff to lead, and outline what a founding partnership looks like for your school. Bring your AD if you can.
Athletic directors, head coaches, club directors, and program leaders at every level: high school, club, NCAA, and professional. Investor and partner conversations welcome.
Framework fit, target sport, staff readiness, STEAM crossover, and the founding-partner timeline through the technology layer.
Roster size, season timing, and who else inside the building needs to be in the room before a partnership is formalized.
